Update on Mediation

Your Union’s negotiating team spent the last day and a half working hard on your behalf.  We presented a revision of our proposal aimed at addressing the interests and needs identified by the District.  We hoped this would at least generate a dialogue and a positive exchange of ideas.  We are awaiting that dialogue.

We will meet again in mediation on Thursday, December 27.  We also have meetings scheduled for January 3, 4, and 5.  Future editions of the MFT Organizer will come out at the end of each week of winter break. 

The details of what to expect on returning to work January 7th will come in those editions.
