The amount paid for waiving health insurance coverage is $250 and is available in year 1 and year 2. The Tentative contract document language incorrectly indicated this payment was $500 and available in year 1 only.2. The early notification date to get the $5000 reimbursement instead of the $3500 reimbursement should be March 14, 2008. It was incorrectly stated as April 14th, 2008.The tentative contract provisions for these three items is in the three page pdf attachment, which replaces pages 34-36 (of the thicker tentative document). |
